Harry Keshet Ph. D.
Harry Keshet is an organizational consultant and marketing trainer, coach and researcher. He assists individual attorneys, works with practice groups and practice group leaders, and consults with firm leaders on marketing and management issues.

Dr. Keshet received his doctorate degree from the University of Michigan in organizational development and social psychology. He began his career as a faculty member of the University of Massachusetts where he conducted research and taught organizational behavior. He continued his research interests at Brandies University where was principal investigator on a research grant from the Rockefeller Foundation and published a book and many articles on his research findings. He spent many years consulting with large and medium-sized corporations and companies concerning management and business development issues. Harry began organizational and marketing consulting to the financial, pharmaceutical, communication, engineering, and scientific research industries in 1980. For the last fifteen years, he has consulted with national, regional and small law and consulting firms through out the United States.

His research and consulting skills include internal studies to assist firms developing marketing cultural-change program, developing cost saving, more efficient case management practices, and focusing on competitor studies. In assisting firms in fostering strongly positive client relationships, Harry designs, and implements client satisfaction and end-of matter-client interviews. He also teaches marketing directors how to develop, implement, and analyze client interview programs.

Dr. Keshet has continues his marketing research activities as the director of the Legal Sales and Service Organization’s National Women Attorney’s Business Development Sales Study. The study results will be published in 2007.
